Description of objectWe are delighted to present a luxury, completely restored and furnished open-space apartment, in the wonderful Medieval city of Viterbo.The apartment is located at the first floor of a restored historical building and it is arranged over two floors. The first floor is composed of a small entrance, a generous living room equipped with a comfortable double-bed sofa, a thin TV and a bookcase, a large cooking area, with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, one bathroom and a storage room. An open stair gives access to the second floor, open to the first. The second floor is composed of a sleeping area, with a double bed, a dresser, and a walk-in closet, a study space, equipped with a desk and a bookcase, and one bathroom, with a large shower stall and a washing machine. Location of objectThe apartment is located at 10 minutes walk from the Medieval borough “San Pellegrino”, the Pope palace “Palazzo dei Papi” and the train station “Viterbo Porta Fiorentina”, at 2 minutes walk from “Piazza San Faustino”, the square where local farmers sell their delicious products, and at 5 minutes walk from “Piazza della Rocca”, the square where National Etruscan Museum is located.The bus station to reach the famous “Terme dei Papi”, the thermal hot springs Known since the Roman age, mentioned several times in Dante\\\'s Divine Comedy. The market and all sort of shops (restaurants, hair dresser, bars, bakeries...) are near the apartment. We are pleased to suggest you the best choice for your tastes and needs. A wander down its labyrinth of alley-ways will reveal awe-inspiring scenes and buildings, including the enchanting Palazzo dei Papi - the Popes\\\' palace. The ancient houses in the San Pellegrino quarter are often home to many art and antique shops where you can find original and often precious objects to purchase, not merely as a souvenir, but as a testimony to a local historic tradition.
