Description of objectHoliday house with bathroom, kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed and sofa beds in the living room. A porch and a private parking lot are also present. Maximum 4 people. The house is near downtown, really close to all services and to the biggest mall of the village. It is just 1-2 km far from the main beaches.
Location of objectPast the village centre, on the right, you\\\'ll find the beach of Campulongu in the Capo Carbonara gulf, then the enchanting beach of Porto Sa Ruxi . Along the road to Capo Carbonara , you\\\'ll arrive at the marina, recently modernised, it\\\'s the point of departure for cruises around the coast, it offers places for up to 750 boats up to 25 meters in lenght. Along the same road the Porto Giunco\\\'s beach: an enchanting white sand beach with a lagoon behind. On the left, you\\\'ll find the beautiful Simius beach, facing the Cavoli\\\'s island characterised by the crystalline water. On the left the little bay of Punta Molentis, with a nuragic marina, still in use by the local fishermen and, hidden by the vegetation, a nuraghe. Here you may admire the island of Serpentara: the hart of the protected marine area. Behind the village another protected area: the Sette fradis park: a forests of oaks , arbutus-trees and holm-oaks, large 226 square miles populated mostly by sardinian deer, golden eagles, boars and a lot of endemic species like the sardinian geotriton or the wild cat.
Town: Italy, Villasimius, VillasimiusVillasimius is a small village, about 40 minutes drive from Cagliari, not far from the airport of Cagliari-Elmas which is linked to the main national and international airports. A lot of innumerable, wonderful places, are visible from the amazing panoramic coastal road. Villasimius is also has plenty of areas of archeological and naturalistic interest, night clubs, discos, pizzerias and restaurants. It\\\'s one of the preferred destinations for the \\\'night people\\\'.
