This apartment is one of the two units in a traditional Ottoman house. The house was renovated in 2010 with impeccable attention to detail. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom and a terrace.

Kuzguncuk is located on the Asian side of Bosphorus in Istanbul.
From Kuzguncuk (or from Uskudar, which is 5 minutes away by bus) one can reach Besiktas in a 10 minute ferry ride where Dolmabace Palace is located. In a 15 minute ferry ride one can arrive at Eminonu from which Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque can be accessed easily. The ferry station is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The ferry ride is probably the most pleasant way to commute in Istanbul. Of course other means of transportation (bus, taxi, etc.) are also available. Crossing the bridge and reaching the European side is very easy from this area.
The apartment can be easily reached by taxi from Ataturk and Sabiha Gokcen airports. Depending on the traffic the trip from both airports could take 25-40 minutes.
