We rent out a studio in Sardinia in the ground floor of our house. It is about 40 square meters and completely renovated. Kitchenette, dining area, double bed and a sofa. Shower room, bathroom and small veranda. Patio with barbecue. The studio is about 150 m from the beach. There is TV + internet
Location of objectThe appartment is situate at the lower ground floor of our villa. The neighbourhood is very calm and relaxed.
On the beach do you find a small bar and in walkingdistance do you find a lot of restaurants and bars. And of course - other beachers.
We who live in the villa is a couple +45 that works alot during summertime but if you have any questions or need anything we´re happy to help you.
Town: Italy, Arbatax, TortoliThe town of Tortoli / Arbatax, the capital of Ogliastra, is only 3 km away. Here you will find shopping, bank and other necessary things. Tortoli is located below the Gennargentu massif which is perfect for trekking, rock climbing, mountain biking and more.
Here you will find one of Europe\'s deepest canyons, highest mountains and a unique wildlife.
The studio is located only 150 meters from miles of lovely beaches and in addition to this, you should know that this island is known for the good food, the amazing wine and the hospitable people of Sardinia.
