Description of objectAvailable a lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 large lounge room, bathroom for short season rents. It is located in Torrevieja, Spain, famous for its mild climate due to two salt lakes and beautiful beaches. Ideal for family tourism. Very close to the shopping centers, cinema, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment faces large and small swimming pools. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, a sofa in the lounge room, fully equipped kitchen with all the electric appliances, terrace and a bathroom. Air climatisation + water filter (so you needn`t buy water in the shop). TV Satellite with 1187 channels (English speaking TV channels, also French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Ukranian etc.). All the furniture and electric devices are new. The flat is available for 6 persons maximum. The price includes Wi-Fi internet, TV, communal payments and utility bills. Torrevieja beaches are very popular among all the tourists due to its clean water (UNESCO Blue Flag). The salt lakes are recommended due to it healing qualities similar to the Dead Sea. Citrus trees that provide fruits all over Spain and Western Europe surround Torrevieja. The most of the population come from England, Germany and Nordic countries. The most of the population come from England, Germany and Nordic countries. Public parking in the street, you can also hire a parking place on the basement floor of the urbanization. Should you need to rent a car, we recommend you to book it and collect it directly from the airport (40 min drive from Torrevieja), if not, there are bus shuttles.
