Description of objectThe apartmentThe property for rent is a modern and beautifully furnished apartment, which consists of a living room with a dining room and an open kitchen area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two specious balconies which enjoy amazing views over the sea, the pool area and the mountains. Location of object"Sky Dreams" holiday complex*** enjoys a quiet location in the exclusive area between the famous resort Sunny Beach and the charming town of Saint Vlas, only 80 meters away from the sea coast. The complex is a place full of natural beauty, marvelous swimming-pool area, surrounded by lavish greenery and an exceptional combination of mountain and sea air. The resort complex consists of four separate buildings, situated around two large oval-shaped swimming pools. Sky Dreams is with low-rise architecture with inclined roofs and is painted in warm orange colours.Amenities For the comfort of the guests there are: restaurant, pool bar, lobby bar, cafeteria, 2 adult’s swimming pools, with children’s sections, fitness club, playgrounds for children, a guarded parking lots, reception and 24-hours security, private access and green areas. Town: Bulgaria, Sveti Vlas, Sveti VlasSveti Vlas is a town and seaside resort on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, located in Nesebar municipality, Burgas Province.The town is located at the foot of the southern slopes of the Balkan Mountains, in the northern part of Burgas Bay. Sveti Vlas is the only place on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast where the beaches are facing directly south. Sveti Vlas has grown as a tourist resort in recent times, serving as a quieter alternative to nearby Sunny Beach.Sveti Vlas lies at the northern end of a bay which has Sunny Beach in its middle and the ancient town of Nesebar at its southern end. Sunny Beach and Nesebar are easily accessible by bus or taxi, and there are also boats going between Sveti Vlas and Nesebar. Even though Sveti Vlas was heavily developed in 2000's it remained pretty quiet and calm down place, making it good place to have a rest.
