Description of objectThe address of our house means “Sunny Hill” in English, the house faces the sunny side, at the top of the Srejach village (St.Kanzian Region), in peace and quiet, surrounded by enchanting natural landscape and in family and pet-friendly environment. In one part of the house our family lives with two Bernese Mountain dogs and one cat. Your pet is therefore naturally very welcome.The comfortable apartment has a surface of approximately 60 m² • 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with 1 double bed and one bedroom with two single beds • Living and dining room • Shower room / Toilet • Kitchen equipped with dishwasher and Neff electrical stove • Each room has a parquet floor • Garden surface 2500 m², around 800 m² surface field for the guests • Towels and linen included • Parking available and included • Wi-Fi, inside and outside of the house, free for the guests • Satellite TV • Bicycles (3 ¤ / day) • Help in obtaining swim tickets, fishing permits, Carinthian Card - if desired • All children under 5 years stay free of charge • Pets are welcome - we do not charge extra for pets, only a flat fee of 20 ¤ for final cleaning of the apartment Location of objectJust after a few minutes walk, the path leads you into the forest, various meadows, and a little bit further to the Klopeiner, Turner and Kleinsee (lakes).Klopeiner See, the warmest lake in Austria, you can reach in 1,5km or 20 minutes walk.
