Description of objectThis Seafront apartment has a lovely balcony with a breath taking view.It is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. It has two bedrooms, a shower & a bath (therefore it has two bathrooms) and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with perculator (cafetiera), refrigerator, freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery and dishes. In the living there is a nice sofa and television. It is very relaxing and romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset. The apartment is very well located in a residential area, but close to the touristic town of Bugibba. Shopping amenities like pharmacies, banks, food stores, good restaurants, wine bars are all within walking distance from the apartment. One can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk on the promenade by the sea and maybe stop and have an ice cream on the waterfront. The bus stop is also in the same street and visiting all Malta is very easy and cheap. Almost all tourist attractions are just 1 bus away. If one likes to hire a car, there is ample free on street parking. The location is ideal for both Summer and Winter holidays. The Apartment is very very close to the best country side area of Malta. There are many walking tracks one can take, and enjoy the Maltese terraced landscapes, full of charming farmhouses, little chappels and small fields surrounded by rubble walls. These tracks often lead to picturesque secluded bays and beaches. The best sandy beaches in Malta cannot be closer. The closest sandy beaches are Ghajn Tuffieha and Golden Bay (3.5km). Paradise bay and Armier are the furthest (7km). The largest sandy beach in Malta, Mellieha bay is only 4 km away. Buses to these beaches are very frequent like to all other destinations. The bus fairs are only about 58 euro cents. We live very close and can give immediate assistance. Town: Malta, St Paul's Bay, St Paul's BaySt Pauls Bay is a lovely aby which still holds much of the old fishing village character. Today it has also developed in a big touristic village, with Qawra and Bugibba being the newer touristic areas. this apartment is in the old part of the village and so is in the quiet side. The best sandy beaches cannot be closer. Six km of unspoilt countryside seperate this Village from the best sandy Beaches. Price for Extra guest is 10 euros per person. • On arrival, we require a deposit against damages of ¤150. The rest is refunded to the guests before they leave the apartment after property inspection. For big young groups, the refundable deposit is of ¤50 per person. • There is a National Environmental Contribution Tax of ¤0,50 per person per day (up to a maximum of Euro 5,00 per person per stay) that is also payable on arrival. • The apartment can be used only for residential purposes. • No smoking inside the flat. • No pets. • No parties, events or loud noise. • No 'Lost & Found' party goers. Utilities Consumption Please note that in the weekly price of the property utilities are included as per below: 0. 5 cubic meters of water per person per week 150 kWh per apartment per week 1 gas bottle per apartment per week These consumption references for water, gas, and electricity should be more than sufficient for normal use for a week. If the above-mentioned parameters are exceeded, the following rates will apply for the extra consumption: ¤0.42 per kWh for electricity and ¤8.60 per cubic meter for water. The water and electricity meters are noted at the beginning and end of the stay. Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does Never include bills of gas, water, and electricity. The guest will just pay what they consume. Usual estimation is euro 60/80 per month. Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels). |
