An excellent base for exploring this beautiful, region of SOUTH LAZIO that is still largely undiscovered by foreign tourists. THE UPSTAIRS SELF-CATERING APARTMENT (SLEEPS 4/6) in farm house, with its own independent entrance. The well equipped apartment was recently renovated. Attractively furnished, providing a cosy, homely atmosphere. The apartment has an open-plan Lounge /Kitchen / Dining area. LOUNGE : 2 Double sofas, one is a sofa-bed (Sleeps 1 adult or perhaps 2 teenagers /children) Fireplace with a wood- burning stove. Supply of logs provided for chilly evenings. Satellite TV, DVD Player, A plentiful supply of books to read. KITCHEN : Well equipped with Gas Hob with 5 rings, Electric Fan Oven/Grill, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, and Microwave. Access to Washing Machine in the downstairs Utility Room. Iron/Ironing Board, and Hair-drier SHOWER ROOM: Shower, Wash Basin, WC and Bidet. Separate WC: with Wash Basin. BEDROOM 1: Comfortable King Size Double Bed. BEDROOM 2: 2 x comfortable Single Beds Both bedrooms lead out onto the Balcony / Sun Terrace which is suitable for sun bathing or dining al fresco. From here you can enjoy splendid views of the woods, olive groves and mountain scenery, catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea in the distance, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets.
