A brand new, fully air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment at Depiro Point, Depiro. Str. Sliema.

Apartment is on the 3rd Floor and looks over a quiet private road. It is a 3min walk away from the sea. Close to all amenities, including a grocery shop just across the road,a pharmacy, restaurants, retail shops and bus stop.
St Julians\\\\\\\' night life is 15 mins away by walk and the rest of Malta just a short bus trip away.

It has a modern design, and is finished to high standards.

Large Sofa bed (can temporarily sleep another 2) in living-room. Also on request, an additional portable bed may be accommodated.

All you may need, linen, hair-drier, baby cot, high chair provided.

This is our only rental apartment and is a 20 mins drive from our own home. If you need any help, we are only a phone-call away. Would love to help you organise your holiday by giving you ideas on where you can go depending on what you like.

Water and Electricity are included for well above normal usage.
In the remote occurance that there is excessive usage above above a daily average of 15 units electricity and 0.5 unit water, it will be paid for seperately

House Rules
You will be living in a high grade apartment complex. Just as you expect not to be bothered with excessive noise, other tenants would like the same.
Pets are generally not allowed.
Smoking is only allowed in the balcony with the door closed ensuring that smoke does not enter the apartment, this ensures a smoke free interior. This is a strict rule to ensure a smoke free environment inside.

Sliema is THE TOURIST area.

Full of shops, restaurants and bars. Just a stone\\\\\\\'s throw away from Malta\\\\\\\'s No1 night-life hotspot of St Julians, or a short bus ride to anywhere else in Malta or even take a short boat ride to Malta\\\\\\\'s Capital, Valletta or even Comino and the BLue Lagoon.

What ever the duration of your stay, it will never be long enough to discover Malta
