Description of objectWe offer you a choice of three holiday homes situated on the ground floor of our villa in the seaside area of Syracuse. Each apartment (60sqm), built in June 2012, consists of an independent entrance, a veranda with a rustic wooden table and chairs, a cozy lounge-kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Each House is equipped with all comforts (satellite tv, air conditioning, kitchen utensils, sheets, towels, personal hygiene products, etc.). Everything is included: all that you need for breakfast, final cleaning and apartment accommodation with linen and anything else every 4 days. In addition, there is a possibility to add a single bed.
You will stay in the seaside area of Syracuse. The holiday homes are located in 15-20 minutes (on foot) from the sea, 10 minutes (by car). By car is easy to reach the City Centre (Ortigia) in just 15 minutes. On the street you will find many supermarkets and shops. In addition, the resort area is full of pubs, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The price per person/per day is 29 euro. Children up to 5 years are free of charge, from 6 to 12 years the price is 15 euro per day.
