Description of object

Side, with its stunning Mediterranean coastline and the captivating charm of Old Antique Side is often described locally as the Turkish Riviera.
This luxury, modern 3 bedroom duplex apartment offers the ideal base for a memorable and relaxing holiday. There are only 9 apartments in this small luxury complex so overcrowding and excess noise is not a problem. The complex has a good sized pool, with separate childrens pool, furnished terrace area with large BBQ, surrounded by beautiful well maintained gardens.
The apartment is spacious and airy, fully air conditioned and double glazed. The first floor has an open plan layout with an American style kitchen/dining/living area and is fully equipped with tasteful quality furnishings, 42 inch flat screen TV & DVD player. There are 2 furnished balconies (one overlooking the pool and the other to the rear of the apartment). Lounge area has a sofa bed which can accomodate an additional person if required. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle & water cooler. There is also a shower room on this floor with a toilet/bidet & sink with illuminated vanity mirror.
On the second floor, there are three good sized, fully air conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room with a furnished balcony, dressing table, bedside cabinets & fitted robes. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with access to the balcony,with fitted robes & bedside cabinets. Bedroom three is a bunk bedroom with full size beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers & a bedside cabinet. The bathroom on this floor has a jacuzzi bath, with overbath shower, toilet/bidet & sink with illuminated vanity mirror.
The apartment is also equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, large selection of books, DVD player and films, CD player with a variety of music CDs.
All bedding and towels are provided.
Internet is available. Transfers to & from Antalya Airport and car hire can be arranged if required.

Location of object

The apartment is well located with fabulous beaches, quality bars and restaurants, mini markets and shops all very close by. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away, however, in high season there is a free beach bus service which picks up from right outside the apartment complex. The Side Saturday Market, various banks & the private hospital are only a short walk away and Old Antique Side is around a 15 minute stroll away.
Golf enthusiasts can play on any of Beleks amazing golf courses, which are only a 20 minute drive away. Transfers or car hire & green fees can be arranged.

Side Antique Old Town is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a coctail or 2 at one of the many harbour restaurants overlooking the stunning Mediterranean coastline. Antique Side is a family orientated resort, where modern & ancient have been tastefully combined together and a vast array of Roman ruins provide a dramatic and stunning backdrop to its bustling centre of numerous shops, bars and enticing restaurants. Apollos Temple, The Roman Ampitheatre & Museum are sights worthy of a visit. and there are two beautiful E.U. BLUE FLAG BEACHES with a variety of watersports to provide lots of family fun. For those who like a leisurely stroll or even an energetic jog, there is the newly completed promenade stretching from Side to Kumkoy where you can do this and take in the wonderful sights of the beautiful Mediterranean coastline at the same time.

A 20% booking deposit is required on booking.
The remainder of your payment is required 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday.
If your booking is made less than 10 weeks before the start of your holiday, the payment should be paid in full.
A one off charge of £40 will be added to the total for cleaning the apartment at the end of your holiday (up to 3 loads of washing, more than 3 will incur an extra charge).
This apartment is on the second floor and has no facilities for the physically disabled.
Smoking is restricted to outside of the apartment, i.e balconies.
No single sex parties under the age of 25 will be accepted.
