Description of objectApartment Smilya is two bed apartment in quite and peaceful location 200 m distanced from nearest beach. There is one bedroom, dining room, kitchen and bathroom perfectly suited for romantic couples, friends or families with one child. There is a tradition for more then 30 years of renting this apartment and the one was completely renovated last year. Newly furnished, totally renovated bathroom, new kitchen - fridge and freezer, electric cooker with 4 rings and oven, air-condition. Outside there is a big balcony where you can enjoy your stay relaxing with great sea view, view on island Krk and Croatia\\\'s biggest peninsula Istra. In the morning, if you use to wake up early, you\\\'ll hear the beautiful sound of birds singing as apartment is surrounded with a lots of trees and grass from all sides. Outside there is a big private parking area where you can park your vehicle or even boat if needed.
