Description of objectThe apartment is furnished and well maintained. It lays inside the roughly 900 square meters perimetral ground, on the Adriatic Sea, of a villa with separate entrance and internal car parking.
Location of objectVery small, almost uncontaminated town laying on the Adriatic Sea at the feet of the Mountain Gran Sasso D'Italia. The Vomano River Valley which leads to the Adriatic Sea is part of the green hearth of Central Italy and the distance as the crow flies from the Tip of the Gran Sasso d'Italia to its feet on the sea is of 45 Klm only. On a clear summer day you can take a detailed glance, or picture of the summit of the mountain and sunsets, behind its suggestive shape, are amazing. On warm summer evenings cool sea and valley breezes, channeled along the river valley, bring with them the smells of nature giving a pleasant relief.
Rome is at 180 Klm and driving by car it takes 2 hours to get to the center of the Eternal City. Buses and trains directly collegate Scerne to Rome, Pescara, Pineto, Roseto....Pescara and all other Adriatic cities are also reachable by bycicle driving on the beautiful bike paths running parallel to the coast
