1 good sized double bedroom with wardrobe 1 bathroom, a great living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Just 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the city centre.
It also has a large balcony with a stunning sea view.

Location of object

The residence is located in Ismail Qemali road, in Kondra. Is a quiet neighbourhood with one of the most known hotels there, where many tourists visit. There are 3-4 beaches just 5 minutes walk and the location is just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, where many restaurants, coffe shops and bars are located.
Local buses to Ksamil and Butrint stops just few seconds walk (ticket price 0.7 euros).
Ferry to Corfu (Greek island)operate in daily basis (only 39 km)(tickets 15-20 euros)

Saranda is the most tourist-friendly city in Albania.

Draped along a curving bay with a narrow strip of beach, the town has witnessed a construction boom, and it's tricky to spot any pre-1990 buildings. In summer, many foreigners arrive by ferry at the passenger terminal (Albania's best-looking building) on the southern end of the harbour on daytrips from Corfu.

The city makes a good base for trips to nice beaches, and for visiting Butrint.
