Do you want to wake up every morning and watch the people on the beach while still lying in bed? Or you simply spend the evening sitting in the balcony enjoying a wonderful view over the bay of Sarande and still be right in the center of the city, bars, restaurants and nightlife of Sarande?
In our apartment you can do all of these.

We offer you a holiday apartment, which is located in a building right on the main promenade of Sarande (Saranda) and right in front of the only city beach. Every evening you can see from the balcony the ones that have a walk along the city promenade. During the day you can spend your time in the balcony and watch your children while bathing, swimming, riding a canoe or playing in the playing ground. Or you can just go down the stairs, cross the street and join your family on the beach.

The apartment has two bedrooms and a big living room. All three rooms have a beautiful sea view. One balcony has a frontal view of the sea and can be accessed from the living room as well as from one of the bedrooms. Also the second bedroom has a smaller balcony with a sea view.

The building was just completed last year. In the groundfloor of the building there are some spaces for shops and offices that are not yet given for rent and, thus, not completely finished.

As a trial offer we provide you this high-quality accomodation situated in a perfect location for a low rent.

Location of object

- In contrast to some apartments in Saranda that are situated at the coast up to 10 km outside of the city, our apartment is located directly on the main promenade of Sarande (just across the street which is frequented during the rush hour)
- The nearest beach is about 30 meters walk (just across the street and promenade)
- On the beach chairs and umbrellas are given for rent (2 beach chairs +1 umbrella which cost about 2.5-3 EUR per day)
- Canoe boats can be rented on the beach as well (about 2-3 EUR per hour)
- Numerous restaurants and bars are located in close surrounding of the apartment
- Shopping facilities: right at the entrance of the building (approximately 5 m)
- Free parking facilities are available

- About 15 km far from the ancient city of Butrint, a UNESCO World Heritage site
- About 20 km far from the beach islands of Ksamil
- About 14 km from the island Corfu, Greece
- About 1,5 km from the Harbour of Saranda

The simplest and cheapest way to reach Sarande (Saranda) is by plane to Kerkyra (Corfu). The airport of Kerkyra (Corfu) is only a few km away from the ferry to Sarande. In Saranda, you need only a 20-minute walk along the promenade to get to the apartment or you can take a taxi.

Alternatively, you can reach Sarande from Vlore. The city of Vlore has a harbor that is connected to Italy by a ferry. A bus trip from Vlore to Sarande lasts about 2 hours.

In Tirana, there is an international airport too. A bus trip from Tirana to Sarande will take about 5 hours. If you rent a car, it will take you about 3 hours.
