Description of objectThe apartment has 68 square meters, with 2 double bedrooms, 2x bathroom / WC and Kitchen.It can be rented as a whole ( with the 1 bedroom apartment and studio ) or separated. The apartment has about 40 square meters, has a bedroom for 2 persons , bath / shower / WC and kitchen. The studio has approx.28 square meters, with a double bed , kitchenette and bathroom / WC. Equipment of the apartment : The kitchen is equipped with a 4 - ring electric hob and hood, refrigerator with freezer , microwave oven , built-in table with stool and crockery for 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed , a large built-in wardrobe , a dresser mirror , seating areas for 2 persons, satellite TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and two sinks . Equipment of the studio : Has a double bed , wardrobe , table , three chairs, a kitchen corner with 4- ring electric hob and hood, refrigerator with freezer , microwave and crockery for 4 persons, Sat / TV and air conditioning. The bathroom has a double sink, toilet and bath. On the south side there is a swimming pool, a large sun terrace, lawn, Barbecue/BBQ area, Steinoven and a spacious parking lot. The pool has sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a toilet and a gas powered BBQ with outdoor kitchen in front of a large dining table with chairs. The large lawn provides the oportunity to play, for example badminton. The contact persons for the guests live near and operate at the other end of the plot ( separated by a wall ) some agriculture and thus there is the possibility of fresh and healthy fruit , vegetables and eggs from happy chicken to purchase, from hobby farmers. Location of objectIn São Brás de Alportel there are several supermarkets (eg Lidl, Intermarché, Pingo Doce ), banks , 2 pharmacies, aMarket hall , several restaurants and cafes. São Brás de Alportel has a picturesque old town, a story that goes back to well before the Roman times and two museums with various cultural activities . For experienced rock climbers is the " Rocha da Pena " in Salir about 25 km away. The " Via Algarviana " , a hiking trail that at 300 km from Alcoutim in the east to Cape St. Vincent in the west , crosses the Algarve, leads through the hinterland of São Brás de Alportel . To the shore with the famous beaches of the Algarve and the various water sports facilities is about 20 Km.
