I rent an apartment in villa 20 meters from the sea in a beautiful promontory surrounded by sea. The apartment is located on the first and top floor with large terrace and consists of 4 bedrooms,with 6 or 7 beds + lounge, kitchen + 1 + bathroom + parking space.The price depends on the seasons and ranges from 300 euros perweek for the period from October to May, up to 1000 euros perweek for the period of August. The house is in a promontory surrounded by the sea, the house is not new, but it is in good conditions and it has an exellent view: the sea, the sun rising, the moon and an ancient tower are the only objects that you can see from the terrace and from the windows of the house. It is 20 mt. from the sea.

Santa Maria Navarrese is a little village of the BAUNEI central village. It is a village in one of the most wild coins of Sardinia. The village has maximum 1000 habitnats during the winter and max 5000 during the mounth of august (turist). During springtime and autumn it is a splendid place to spend holidays, the place is quite and beautifull with very nice little beaches, splendid nature, nice habitants and very good food.
