Description of objectThe Residence Terme di Casteldoria is located next to Santa Maria Coghinas, surrounded by green hills, only 10 driving minutes to the sea/beach. The river Coghinas with hot thermal springs is only 1 km away from the Residence.This Residence, erected in 2008, provides individual designed and comfortable holiday apartments with privacy for each guest. Two heated pools with hydro massage and two parks are available for each guest from Easter till October. The well-furnished basement apartment provides one bedroom with double bed and the cozy living room with dining table, TV, one sofa bed for two persons and the well-equipped kitchen with any comfort. The bathroom is with shower and washing machine. Air condition and private parking are provided. In the outdoor area is a veranda with garden furniture and a private garden at guest\'s disposal. Wellness and Spa: hot thermal springs are coming out directly of the earth at the river Coghinas. The temperature of the river is about 70 degrees at some places – excellent for bathing.
