Nice flat in historical context of San Sebastiano in the Province of Trento (Folgaria Highlands) nr. skiing complex providing 34 state of the art interconnected ski lifts and chairlifts suitable for any skiers level.
English speaking skiing instructors available in area.
The house is within short drive from Verona and Venice and Treviso airports.

The flat is on the first floor of an historical town house. The back of the flat opens to a private own garden.
The open space living area is fitted with terrace, fireplace, gas cooker, traditional timber cooker, sink and food preparation area with fridge.
The bedrooms comprise a 14 sqm masterbedroom, a 10 sqm bedroom with 2 single beds with access to the garden.
If extra accommodations are required there is sofa bed in the lounge and a small 5 sqm room with 2 bank beds opening to the corridor.

The village of San Sebastiano is a little village within the Folgaria area, a mountain town in the Province of Trento in the Italian Alps. The village is well served with a small general store shop with all the required food available and local food.
A sky bus serves the village and connects in the morning to the skier plants. Alternatively it is possible to drive; distance to chair lifts is 2 km.
From the village there are also a number of nice walking tracks and pleasant locations to be visited nearby such as art galleries, local restaurants, historical monuments.
In the town of Folgaria there is a modern public swimming pool and an indoor Olympic size skating ring.
