Description of objectNice apartment for summer holiday in San Benedetto del Tronto, at just 100mt from the beach: you can reach it easily by car through the highway or by train.
It is into a small building, at the second floor without lift and it\'s composed as following: the entrance on the living room - with dinner area, equipped kitchen, a sofa/double bed and a balcony; one comfortable bathroom with bathtub; one double small room; one wide couple room with a private balcony. Guests have the avaibility of a washing machine, a dish washer, air conditioners, an external and private car parking and two bycicles.
Location of objectWe are at the bounderies with Abruzzo region so there are a lot of intersting and nice places to visit, in both territories. You absolutely have to see the historical villages of Grottammare, Acquaviva Picena and Offida, along the hills laying from the seaside to the countryside and taste their typical food and wines. You absolutely have to go to the different Abbruzzo\'s fastivals, to know the happiness and hospitality of its people. Finally, you can\'t lose the amazing historical centre of Ascoli Piceno with its ancient palaces, churches and squares made up by travertine stone.

There are all shops you need around: food stores, restaurants, libraries, pubs, markets, etc. etc. During the day, everyone goes to the beach but during the night, if you want to have fun dancing or listening music, you have to move in about 500mt because in the surroundings there\'so \"movida\"!
