This tastefully decorated and luxurious 100 square meters (plus 100 square meters private garden) is located in the Costa Ballena Ocean Golf Club (European Tour Qualifying School Venue since 2005), 10 minutes walking from the beautiful beach and very near the shopping centres.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4/5), 2 complete bathrooms, a living room, an independence kitchen and a laundry terrace .The living room has a glass room leading to the garden where there is a covered porch.
It is equipped with household items, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, TV, DVD, HiFi system, wifi area, A/C, heating, garden furniture, towels, linen bed and all the basic elements for your stay.
