Description of objectThe apartment is located in a magical position wedged into the Caffarella Park in Rome, it has 4 terraces all overlooking the green from which you can enjoy a stunning view. Furnished with the right mix of Italian tradition and modernity has all the amenities for a pleasant stay.
The apartment consists of: fully equipped kitchen, large living room (28 sqm) with TV area and dining area, 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub , study room. Available washing machine, dishwasher and safe.
Although the apartment is located in a quiet area, it is very close the center of Rome that can be reached quickly by subway, by bus or for those who like to walk even on foot. For those interested also to nature, directly under the house there is the entrance to the Caffarella Park, the largest of Rome, just spectacular in every season.
The area has all kinds of commercial acivities, including a supermarket within 5 minutes walking.
A curiosity: something really unique is the presence of a colony of small parrots on the cedar of Lebanon near a terrace. You can enjoy their colours and observe them closely while they are building their nests.
