The apartement is located in an elegant cottage built in the early 20th Century.
The apartment is situated in a quiet street and is surrounded by a large and quite garden where is possible to eat and relax.
The apartment is close to the city center (5 minutes from Trastevere), to the rail station and the tube station.
The tram runs every 5 minutes until midnight during the week and until three in the weekend. The ride to Piazza Argentina and Piazza Venezia is about 10 minutes
The apartment is totally indipendent and offers all conforts (furnished kitchen, bathroom with shower, tv, laudry, pc with free internet , towels and sheets).
For all our guests we offer a bottle of Italian wine, jam and lemon liqueur both homemade.
The kitchen is fully equipped (tea, coffee, biscuits, etc. etc.) and you can prepare breakfast yourself when you want.

Actually, tram number 8 is so-called because it takes just 8 minutes to link Monteverde with Piazza Argentina, a square situated in the middle of Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Campo dè Fiori.Our flats are in a quiet street of this area , in an elegant cottage built at the start of 20th century and surrounded by a spacius and quite garden: a perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
