Description of objectThe apartment is bright being on the 6th floor of a building which can be accessed via a lift, and can accommodate up to 5 persons, with the extra-provision of a cot and playpen for children up to the age of four.
We are happy to change the layout of the rooms, depending on the number of guests and we would always make sure that our guests feel comfortable and relaxed during their stay.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with corridor, a fully equipped kitchen for all self-catering needs, bathroom equipped with bath and a shower unit over the bath, a large and bright living-room; a large 3-seater sofa-bed; a room with a 2-seater sofa-bed that opens out onto a lovely balcony planted with flowers and furnished with comfortable deck-chairs where one can sit and relax.
With thermostatically-controlled central heating and air-conditioning, the flat has all the accessories to make it a home-from-home including: internet Wi-Fi, TV-HD LCD, DVD/CD/MP3/pendrive player, stereo CD player, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, electric food warmers, toasters, and more that you will find coming to visit us.

Location of objectOur apartment is ideally located to explore the wonderful city of Rome, at Via Luigi Rizzo 81, which is only a few minutes walk from the Vatican Museums, St. Peter's Basilica and the historical centre of Rome. It is ideally situated for accessing public transport being just a few steps from the Metro A line (Cipro-Musei Vaticani stop), bus stops, taxis (Piazzale degli Eroi) and it’s also close to the railway station. (Valle Aurelia). The centre of Rome is easily approachable from the apartment either by foot or public transport (including Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona and Trastevere) and other significant and popular attractions (such as the Colosseum). The area surrounding the apartment is peaceful both during the day and at night, and is closely situated to supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and shops.
