Description of objectModern apartment located in the luxurious golf course. There is one double en-suite bedroom and two double bedroom with 4 single beds. All bedrooms have good sized wardrobes with drawers and hanging space. The stylishly furnished lounge with air conditioning, central heating and electric security grills leads to a large balcony with seating for that all important al fresco dining. There is a flat screen TV with satellite which includes Sky sports, movies, and also all British TV channels plus there is Xbox. Also, there is a free VIFI in the apartment. There is a large roof terrace with stunning views to mountain and La Manga beach strip. The apartment is ideally situated just 3 min walk through beautiful gardens to the clubhouse & golf course and has easy access to the Spanish resort of Los Alcazares only 5min drive. Roda Golf has it\'s own private beach club which is situated at the tip of La Manga with beach access to the waters of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor. It is reached by a short ferry ride from Santiago De la Ribera plus a mini-bus ride direct to the Beach Club. Total journey time is 35 mins.
The Beach Club has a restaurant and bar service, which also serves the pool & beach area, a supervised swimming pool with jacuzzi, solarium area and changing rooms with lockers, all for the exclusive use of owners and guests of Roda Golf.

Also, it is recommended to visit Cartagena which is the best place for sightseeing and shopping with its beautiful port and roman ruins and it is only 20 minutes drive away.
