Description of objectDouble floor penthouse with two bedrooms located in a safe neighbourhood at the corner between Copacabana and Ipanema. From here you walk to Copacabana beach about 2 minutes, to Ipanema beach about 5 minutes and about 7 minutes to the next metrostation (Ipanema, General Osorio).The penthouse has about 110 square meters, a small balcony on the lower floor and on the upper floor a 30 square meters private terrace with ocean view and a nice view to Ipanema and the “Twin towers“. Living room with american kitchen, couch (sofabed), marble dinner table with 4 chairs, LCD-TV, DVD, Safe, Sony audio stereo, telephone, high speed internet access, air condition, ventilator. 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with queen size bed and another bedroom with normal double bed. Both bedrooms with air condition and 21 inch stereo-cable –TV`s, wardrobes, bookshelves and bed tables. 2 bathrooms, one of them in the suite. In the building you find a good equipped gym with a sauna. To use the gym you have to pay a daily, weekly or monthly fee. There is another apart hotel pool, which you can use (free) on weekends. During the week the pool is used by the gym and can be used only by the members of the gym. The apart hotel has an high standard of security. There are cameras in the lobby and on every floor. Several doorkeepers take care of all matters like reservations for restaurants, calling taxis and more. Normally there are always taxis waiting in front of the entrance or coming by every 20-30 seconds.
