Description of objectHolyday home in Pinus Village, at about 40 km. From Cagliari (South Sardinia).The village\\\'s beach is at about 400 mt., is easily reached by walking. Others beautiful beaches nearby (Chia, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, Nora), at about 5-10 minutes by car. The home is on the ground floor, for 5 people maximum and consists in living room with kitchenette, room with double bed (is possible add an additional bed) , room with bunk bed, bathroom with shower, and a little garden with table, chairs, external shower and barbecue. There are also washing machine, color tv, air conditiorner and water supply. Car parking is free in a nearby space. At about 2 km. you can find supermarket, bar, pizzeria, tobacco shop, newsstand. The town of Pula is at about 10 km. (you can find there restaurants, pizzeria, ice-cream shop, pubs, bars, stores, bank with ATM, pharmacy and others). There is a minibus service (with payment) for Pula, that start about every hour. The bus stop is at about 200 mt. from the home. I rent the home from may to october (for july and august minimum stay two weeks, for may, june, september and october minimum stay one week). Prices to be agreed, it depends from the period. Location of objectOne of the most magical as well as diversified stretches of coastline in Sardinia is to be found in Pula. Balmy beaches and coves, Roman excavations and blindingly white sand dunes endow the area with its richness. Not far from Pula is the beach of Nora and a large Roman amphitheatre that lies directly on the sea and is used for a music festival in summer. The ruins of the amphitheatre are located at the tip of a small tongue of land jutting out into the sea that is dominated by a Spanish tower.
