Description of objectHoliday apartment in Pozzallo a few steps from the sea and the centre.The apartment is composed of entrance hall, a large open-plan kitchen with a relax area which benefits from a double sofa bed, a large double room where is possible to add a single bed, a bathroom and balcony. The apartment is the ideal solution for one family. The property is equipped with all modern conveniences, tv and air-conditioning. No pets allowed. The rental price includes expenses for water, electricity and gas (up to 85 Kw/per week). Bed linen and towels (optional) are not included (¤ 15,00 per person). PS: Guests are asked to leave the apartment in good cleaning conditions, otherwise ¤ 35,00 will be required for final cleaning. No pets allowed. The sunny weather almost all year round, allows you to take the sun on the beach, from April to October. Trade and tourism Port allows you to make daily trips to Island of Malta by Catamaran “ferry boat” with distance journey of about an hour.
