Description of objectRomantic, fully furnished apartment with panoramic sea-view over the bay and a private entrance. It is situated in a quiet, green residential area – private parking place – 10 min. walking to the beach. Car or rented car necessary - you will need it also for the excursions.Maximum: 4 persons Pets are not allowed The rent is weekly from Saturday to Saturday Minimum 1 week Outfit: Bedrooms:2 - 1 double bed, 1 large wardrobe, 1 drawer; - 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe, 1 drawer. Sitting-room: Large room with panoramic sea-view, 2 sofas, dining-table with chairs, bookshelf. Kitchen: Gascooker, refrigerator, cupboards, dishes, kitchen utensils, washing-machine. Bathrooms: 2 - 1 – with tub; 2 – with shower. Outside: Terrace with dining-table, chairs and deck-chairs. Distances: 150 km (1 hour by train) north from Rome, 100 km from Sienna and about 200 km from Florence. Leisure: Golf, horse-riding, swimming, diving, sailing, tennis, walking, boat-excursions, many medieval towns of historic interest, archaeological sites, bird-watching, natural protected areas – shopping: olive-oil, wine and handicrafts – Many beaches with sand or rocks. Location of objectThe apartment is located on a hill and 10 min. walk from the next beach.EXCURSIONS Natural protected area WWF with rare animals and bird-watching, medieval fortresses and medieval towns. Like Capri, S. Stefano is one of the highlights in Italy. A good choice of different beaches with sand, rocks and gravel. Harbour with boats going to the islands GIGLIO, ELBA and GIANNUTRI (daily excursions) 1 ½ hour from Rome – combine your holiday with a Rome visit. Town: Italy, Argentario, Porto S. StefanoPorto S. Stefano is located on an island which is joined to the mainland by the Giannella and Feniglia sandy dunes.This place is a meeting-point for the international jet-set, such as Monte-Carlo, but in a smaller space. In all seasons it is worthwhile to spend there a holiday. In the summer a beach-holiday and in the winter walks, golf, fitness, and you can swim in the warm thermal water.
