Our fully renovated 2 floors building offers also the new Apartment Avenida2nd. We offer the best comfort and quality with new furniture, new fittings, new equipment. Avenida2 has a fully equipped kitchen with day light. It is separated from the entrance hall with a glass door. The interior living room has a view on the private balcony and quiet interior shared gardens. At each side of the hall find 2 well appointed sleeping rooms. One room has a double bed and the other one has 2 twin beds. Both rooms have a large window.
