Description of objectApartment Marina 2 (2 +1) is located on the second floor, the total area of the apartment is 36 m2, and a balcony area is 6 m2. The apartment is located on the south side of the house and has an open and a beautiful view of the sea.Apartment interior: Bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.Dining room and living room are one unit with a table and a sufficient number of chairs for all persons, sofa bed, wardrobe and a satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, extractor hood, fridge-freezer and other kitchen accessories. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, sink with a mirror and hairdryer. The balcony is equipped with table, chairs and sun awning. Special features of the apartment:air conditioning, satellite television, free internet, parking (for 1 car). Price includes all the specified equipment, parking for one car and residential tax. Price does not include additional person, for extra person (4th person) is charged extra (8 EUR/night), except for children younger than 2 years. Smoking is allowed. Pats are not allowed.
