Condominium House Rules

Below are the rules and regulations of Condominium Juristic Person for all residents to comply in order for benefits and peaceful enjoyment of others. You are therefore requested to strictly comply as follows:

No pet is allowed to keep inside the unit or wander around the condominium.
Shoes or object must not be left in the common area, common walkway and fire escape staircase.
Clothes or any object must not be hung outside the unit vicinity and within the common area.
No property removal will be allowed between 17.00 – 8.30 hr. unless having obtained approval from the Condominium Juristic Person case by case.
Not to broom the debris or rubbish out of the unit or throw any object out of the unit.
No alteration or additional construction is allowed within the unit or encroachment against the common area. Keep all areas clean and not to carry out any act which may damage the common property.
No loud noise, loud stereo and loud ringtone is allowed as it may disturbed the residents of nearby units.
Strictly comply with the internal traffic rules.
Not to carry out any act that may be harmful, objectionable and causing disturbance or nuisance against the peaceful enjoyment of others.
Any addition or alternation made to the unit must be approved prior by the Condominium Juristic Person. After being approved, the work must be carried out between 8.30-17.00 hr. except Sunday and public holidays.
If the owner allow other third person to use and/or stay in the unit, the owner must notify the Condominium Juristic Person.
The condominium unit must not be used for any illegal purpose.
The condominium unit must not be used for keeping the death body or carrying out any funeral ceremony.
No sanitary napkin or any hard object shall strictly be thrown into the toilet or drainage.
No garbage bin shall be placed on the walkway or outside the unit. The rubbish should be placed in the (black) plastic bags and fastened tightly before placing at the locations provided by the Condominium Juristic Person.
Contribute common fee and utility fee within due period.
The condominium unit must not be used as a storage of goods but for the residential purpose only.
No flower plot shall be place on the common walkway and common area except at the locations provided.
If outside person with suspected behavior is found and it is believable that such person may cause damage to any other co-owner or any common property, please call the Condominium Juristic Person at tel. 080 532 3543
If any resident violates these rules, the Condominium Juristic Person reserves the right to take action according to these rules or applicable laws.
Sport or gambling activity or alcohol party or any illegal act is strictly not allowed within the unit.
