Description of objectView: uninterrupted towards other islands.Nothing in front of you but Carribean Sea. No traffic, only waves, boats, birds and a cool breeze! The apartment? A quiet hideaway on the south-east on the Dutch side. There is only one apartment in our private villa, so no high rise buildings, no timeshares, no resort. Our villa is located 50 meters above the sea overlooking the ocean towards other Carribean islands such as Saint Barths, Sint Eustatius, Saba. You have your own drive for free parking. The apartment is 52 square meters, comfortably furnished. You have a nice livingroom with dining area, flat screen tv with American channels (as well as one Dutch one). Ipod docking station Fully equipped kitchen. From the windows, doors and terrace you have this magnificent view over the ocean. There is a seperate bedroom with Kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom has airconditioning. DVD and lots of books. Free WiFi Internet Walking a small path to the sea you find the most beautiful natural pool you can think of. It just took a few million years to build it. Rental price is all inclusive. No extra costs. A private chauffeur will come to meet you at Juliana Airport to bring you to the Holland House Beach Hotel. There you zip a nice drink on the beautiful deck, waiting for your rentalcar. We can advise you where and what to rent. You do need a 4wdr car because of the location of the villa, although Philipsburg is just 5 minutes away. The apartment will only be rented out to a maximum of two people The villa is on the Dutch side of Saint Martin, near capital Philipsburg.
