Description of objectVilla in Pelayos de la Presa, near the Pantano de San Juan and the Alberche River. 45 minutes from the M-40 motorway M-501.Located in full nature with large green areas, 50 km from Madrid, 5 minutes walk from the Alberche River and 1.5 km from the San Juan reservoir and surrounded by trees, pines and mountains. Plot of 1500 m2 with beautiful views, pine trees and palm trees, private pool of 10 x 5, barbecue, iron and gas burner for paella, bathroom, shower and outdoor changing room for use by the pool, bar, picnic area, gazebo, ping pong, table football, air hockey table and private children's playground. From Madrid, we will take the N-V, or the M-30, M-40 or M-50. From these it connects very easily with the M-501, towards San Martín de Valdeiglesias. This road is known as the Carretera de los Pantanos. Once you have taken the Carretera de los Pantanos, you continue along it, passing through Brunete and Chapinería. Do not leave this road, which after crossing the River Alberche takes us to our town at Km. 52,600. The distance from Madrid is 65 Kms. Which takes about 45 minutes. Public transport: To get to Pelayos de la Presa by public transport, you must take bus 551 of the CEVESA Company, which runs between Madrid and San Martín de Valdeiglesias, starting from the Prince Pío interchange.
