The apartment is part of the Agriturismo 'La Fonte' situated below the picturesque medieval town named Panicale. The estate includes 50 acres of land, adjacent to the small village Migliaiolo. Once the land was cultivated by several farmers who lived together with their families in the farm houses. The owner's family has restored the old farm houses with lots of love and turned into pleasant holiday homes maintaining the original character of the houses and the surrounding countryside. The farm is situated in a gently rolling landscape that is dominated by the typical Umbrian vegetation like sunflowers, olive trees, cypresses and pines.
