Description of objectThe holiday apartment is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, built in 1929.
The apartment has been refurbished and modernized in 2011.
The flat has got two bathrooms - one for women e another for men - and it owns three doublerooms. The \\\'green room\\\' is composed by two single beds, two night tables, one wardrobe, one writting-desk, a folding table and a big looking-glass. The bedroom is illuminated by a wide double window and it results to be a noiseless room. The \\\'orange room\\\' is composed by a double-bed, two night tables, one wardrobe, one chest of drawers with a looking-glass to the wall and has an antechamber where you can have breakfast. The bedroom has got a balcony looks on to the street. The \\\'Turquoise Room\\\' consists of two separate beds, two nightstands, an armoire, a desk brings books, a table seating four, and is lit by large windows. The room is fairly quiet. The orange room and green room are equipped with air conditioning/heating, TV and internet wireless, while the turquoise room has no air conditioner but an electric fan for the summer and a warmer for the winter. The rooms will be cleaned every three days and sheets changed two times a week. The cleaning of the bathroom will be make each day and towels changed two times a week (on request).

It is a trading centre for the island\\\'s agricultural produce and has factories engaged in food processing, shipbuilding, and the manufacture of furniture, leather products, glass, chemicals, cement, textiles, and paper. This a very beautiful city for its monuments, its nature as the mountains, the sea, the trees and many other things. The most beautiful places in Palermo are the Cathedral, the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Royal Palace with the Palatine Chapel and a lot of other places. Near the centre of Palermo, in Saint Pellegrino Mountain, there is the sanctuary of Saint Rosalie, the patron saint of the city. Every year, in the week of the 15th July, there is a feast to celebrate the saint. In September there is a pilgrimage from the centre of Palermo to the sanctuary in S.Pellegrino Mountain. In this city the weather is very hot in summer, about 40°C and in Winter isn\\\'t very cold. The sea is fantastic in fact it\\\'s one of the most beautiful attractions for the foreign tourists.
