Description of objectLocated in a quiet residential block in EL PINARET area of Puerto Pollensa. It is a ground floor Garden apartment with One Double size bedroom with double bed, cabinets & ample wardrobe space. Also room for a cot (supplied free on request).The Lounge comprises of a Double size sofa bed which converts easily to sleep 2 persons & is extremely comfortable.There is a matching single sofa which converts to a bed if required. Also a small Air Conditioning unit/Heating, TV and CD Player. There is a table & chairs on the small covered terrace ideal for relaxing or enjoying a quiet meal or a glass of wine. This overlooks the small garden. Ideal for children, sunbathing etc. The Kitchen is adequately equipped with cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle etc.There is also a washing machine. Complete bathroom. Portable air-con units available for a supplement of £50 each per week to be requested in advance. Location of objectThe El Pinaret area where the apartment is located is also known as \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'The Pine Forest\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'for obvious reasons. Just a short stroll to the beautiful sandy beach and seafront and only 10 mins to the town center, and marina. There are many excellent restaurants, cafes, shops etc. which you pass along the way.The perfect location for both couples and families. Town: Spain, EL PINARET-SANDY BEACH, PUERTO POLLENSASituated in the beautiful Bay of Pollensa and set against the stunning Tramuntana Mountains it remains a firm favourite amongst families and couples alike most of whom return year after year.
