Description of object72 square m house, recently painted5 minutes walk from the centre of Oristano,away from busy roads; Located a few minutes away from the motorway, so it\'s easy to reach the local beaches and other intrasting destinations. It consists of a comfortable living room, a bedroom with double bed (not French bed), a fully equiped kitchen and a bathroom with wc, shower and bidet. A small room in the house is not accessible as I use it as a storage room. A parking space is available inside the gate You can aslo enjoy the use of my covered courtyard where the washing machine and drying racks are. In the living room there are two sofas and an ottoman that contains a small cot, a flat screen TV 46 \"and a stereo CD / DVD Dolby Surround. In the kitchen you\'ll find a refrigerator and a small TV, a kettle, a food processor, a blender and a bread machine. All rooms are air conditioned with electric heat exchanger. in the living room and in the bedroom there are ceiling fans. In the bedroom you find new sheets and pillowcases ; In the bathroom the towels . except for a room where we keep personal effects, whole apartment (from the livingroom, bedroom , bathroom, kitchen, the courtyard and the parking), is available to all guests. You can not smoke inside the house or pets . If you are interested to know a little about history, culture and traditions of our country, I am happy to give you directions to make a tourist trip. We could take a walk in the center of Oristano, to see the most important monuments and visit the Antiquarian Arborense which preserves precious archaeological finds. A jump on the coast you will visit the ruins of Tharros, the Spanish Tower of San Giovanni di Sinis of Cabras and the museum where are the famous statues of Monte Prama Giants. A rent car is 100 meters from us. The railway station is about 1 km. In order to reach Oristano from Cagliari you can take the train (which has a station connected to the terminal ) or bus. The airport of Alghero is connected to Oristano by a bus line. Alternatively, the train station of Sassari and then Oristano. The neighborhood is close to the city center and yet enjoys a limited traffic and it can be said that it is very quiet and peaceful from all points of view. A short distance away you can find good places where you can taste the typical dishes of Oristano 9 km from the city center you can reach Torre Grande, shore of Oristano; it\'s a seaside resort with fully equipped sailing and windsurfing, kiosks and pizzerias and boat rental and equipment.
