Description of objectThe apartment is located on 3rd floor. There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Living room is equipped with SAT TV and there is a flip sofa on which additional person can sleep. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment Central Air Conditioning unit is located in spacious hall from where you can enter to kitchen with dining area and bathroom.Appartment is in the Town center, so everything (Supermarket, Bakery, Green Market, Fish Market, Bank, Post Office, Pharmacy, Caffe Bars, Restaurants...) is within walking distance. Closest beach \'Toma¨evac\' is just few minutes away and has lot\'s to offer, specially for the children. If you don\'t want to walk that much :) you can always jump into the sea from the rocks of the small harbour located just in front of the building. There you can have a chat with some friendly local people who always stay there... Famous \'Angiolina\' Park, coastal promenade \'Lungomare\', Open Theatre and City Harbour are also just few minutes away... There is a Travel Agency \'Katarina Line\' in our building where you can book a daily trip to famous Nature Park \'Plitvice Lakes\' or some Boat Trip to one of our closest islands Cres, Krk or Lo¨inj. There is only public parking availabe in the town center, but don\'t worry we will arange for you free parking card for one of the public parkings in the vicinity of the building. Local bus station is just in front of the buliding. Location of objectThis spacious 70 m2 appartment is located in old Villa on main street in center of Opatija.
