Description of objectModern aesthetics combined with local traditional design and functionality are the main characteristics of the apartment. The apartment is fully renovated by owner-architect especially to best meet the needs of the guests. The main bedroom has a double bed and two windows with panoramic views towards the sea and the village of Nikiti. The second bedroom has a single bed and can also host an infant. The living room is spacious and has a TV set and a radio/CD player. The kitchen is fully equiped, so that the guests can cook their own meals. There is also a 3-person dining room table. The bathroom has a shower. At the balcony, one can enjoy the view and the sunset. There is a small dining table and a sofa with armchairs. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building and there is no elevator.
The guests have access to Wi-Fi internet, air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (oven, grill, toaster, utensils, coffee machine, coffee etc), hair dryer, steam iron, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, TV screan, radio/CD player.
The whole building is owned by my family, that also resides here during the summer. Speaking English, German and French, we are more than willing to share with you information about the area (beaches, dining, nightlife, activities, short excursions e.t.c.)
Children and infants are welcome.
A baby cradle is also available on demand.
Location of objectAt the footprints of the historic settlement of Nikiti, with the characteristic traditional architecture, the neighborhood is more quite than the busy seafront of Nikiti. The access to the beach - port and marina with the crowded taverns and cafeterias is easy, as it is only 800m walk through the main street. Inside a radius of 100m from the apartment there is a minimarket, a bakery and a convenience store with foreign press.
Nikiti is located less than 90km from Thessaloniki Airport Makedonia. Our building is just opposite the station of the public transportation bus stop. Situated on a strategical spot before the main junction, it has access to both eastern and western coastline of Sithonia Penninsula with the famous beaches.

The old part of Nikiti is located on the hilly area a few hundred meters from the sea, with a church at the highest point of the village. There one can see the historic settlement and have a coffee at the old village square.
The new part of Nikiti is set along the coastline and has many of taverns, cafeterias and bars.
