70sqm, 2 floor flat, old town of Martina Franca.
Vicinity Basilica of San Martino. No cars allowed but parking 2 minutes walk.
1st floor: kitchen with big window and small balcony, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with tub-shower
2nd floor: sitting room with fireplace, window and door that lets to little indipendent terrace with view roof of Basilica.
Chalk white walls according to tradition.

The Apartment is called \\\'casa\\\' in Italian, that is to say \\\'house\\\'. In the old town the houses are normally 2 or 3 floor flats.
The \\\'house\\\' we propose is at 1 minute walk from the Town hall and from the Basilica of San Martino. The street is a very narrow and silent street with no traffic.
Plenty of parking lots at a few minutes walk.
In the vicinity small food shops,greengrocers and pharmacy opened till late.
Lots of restaurants and cafès 3 minutes walk.

Martina Franca, lays on a hill with a view on the Itria Valley with its unique Trulli houses.
The flat is situated in the so-called \\\'Centro Storico\\\' (historical center) with its narrow, chalk white and silent streets.There are many beautiful and huge baroque churches, little restaurants, shops and cafés all around.
The old town is surrounded by a more modern town full of fashinable shops.
Wednesday is Market day in the main streets of Martina Franca and Saturdaythere is a wonderful fruit Market in a square called Campo Boario.
You can reach he Adria Sea by bus or car (half an hour drive) and the wonderful Ionian sea by car (45 minutes drive).
Taranto(http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portale:Taranto) can be reached by bus and train, as well as the typical trullo town Alberobello and the whit town Ostuni.
Even Bari, the capial of puglia, is easy to reach either by train, bus or highway (0ne hour drive)
