Description of objectholiday apartment on the second floor of a two floor building, with a 90 meter roof garden and surrounded by balconies. Bright and sunny, it has new furniture, air conditioning and all types of household electrical appliances.
Location of objectIt is placed on the main square of Marina di Ragusa, at 25 meters from the Mediterranean sea and is surrounded by shops, pubs, restaurants and other touristic facilities; five minutes\' walk from the new commercial harbour.
From the balconies you can have a beautiful view of the sea, of the square and of the seafront.

It\'s the largest seaside resort in the province of Ragusa, deployed along the southern side of the island, opposite to the beaches of the African continent, from which the fine golden sands of the desert comes.
In recent years it has jumped to the top of the list of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, also thanks to the opening of a huge marina (Blue Flag in 2009 and 2010).
Despite being a modern place of resort and sea, it has its roots in history: its location was known since ancient times, especially from the Byzantine period, enough to be used as a place of loading, for defensive purposes and sighting, witnessed by the pesence of the \\\'Cabrera Tower\\\' (XVI sec.) which, as well as Punta Braccetto Tower, was used for the sighting of the Arab invasions and the defense of the territory.
During the Arab period is called Marsa A\\\'Rillah (lit. small landing), which then takes the form of Italianised Mazzarelli, converted in the current Marina di Ragusa during the fascist period. The event \\\'the end of summer farewell festival\\\' is organized on the second Sunday of September and is characterized especially by the race of fireworks, which attract lots of people from all around the province. In the surroundings of Marina di Ragusa you can visit the famous Castle of Donnafugata, the Montalbano house, the baroque towns of the old Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli, which are Unesco world heritage sites, and other amenities.
