Description of objectA nice little apartment in Marčana, Istria (Istra), Croatia.Apartment I\'m renting is a part of private house built in late 1980\'s with separate entrance on first floor up the stairs. It has a bedroom with double (king size) bed for two persons, bathroom, living room, functional kitchen, and a small terrace with table and chairs. It has air-conditioning, and washing machine. Pets are welcome. It is a non-smoker (inside) apartment. Great for couples. One person or child can sleep on a couch. Plenty of parking space just across the street. We have extra storage for bikes with key. Distance from the Sea is 9km, distance from city Pula is 13km. Only 5 minutes from Pula airport (PUY) by car. Transfer can be arranged to or from the airport (if possible free of charge by me, or we can recommend a low price local transfer service). In price included: electricity, gas, wireless internet, bedding, towels, washing machine, cooker, microwave, fridge, pots and dishes, satellite TV, air-conditioning. Neighborhood is a suburb of a village - houses in a row, yet close to the store (400 meters). Quiet surroundings. The village itself has about 1000 inhabitants. You can walk around in nature - there are many trails trough wood, ride a bike or go horse riding - few kilometers away is a horse ranch. Nearby seacoast is not overpopulated in Summer, there are many beaches with pebbles, rocks, and a lot of hidden (hard to get) little bays. There\'s no official pet beaches, but there\'s plenty of space to go swimming with dogs. The sea is clean, and warm in Summer months. Peninsula Istria (Istra) is great place to discover with old and small cities on hills, many happenings in Summer and beautiful nature. Vine and gourmet lovers will be pleased with local offer. I hope you\'ll have a great stay :) Location of objectApartment is located on a suburb of a vilage. If you go from center of village, the house is on the road to Vodnjan, on the left. The house number is 108a.Town: Croatia, South of Istra, MarčanaMarčana is well connected with roads to Pula, motorway, beaches, rural part of Istria.It is a village with about 1100 people. It has 3 local stores, cafe shops, bank, post, school, playgrounds, drug store, doctor\'s office, catolic churches... Local people are very friendly, and lot of them speaks foreigh languages.
