Description of objectWelcome to our lovely apartment of 84 m2 on the amazing Costa del Sol! The perfectly situated apartment, within 12 minutes walking distance of the fantastic Mediterranean sea, fine sandy beaches, world famous luxury harbor Puerto Banus, Marbella, several top of the line golf courses and much more, making it possible for you to delight in a perfect holiday!
If you choose to rent our light two bedrooms apartment, each bedroom with direct access to the large terrace of 23 m2 with sun all day long, you can relax in the sun or have a drink or a meal while overlooking the nice pool, enjoyable for all ages since it\\\'s got both a deep part (2.5 m) and a shallow end (0.4m). Restaurants, pubs, supermarket, shops, banks, doctor etc. are just around the corner at the very nearby local Centro Plaza, making it easy for you to enjoy your vacation!
The apartment has two separate bedrooms and one living room, one bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen and a terrace. There is one double bed and two single beds. There are new pillows, comforters, linens and towels. On the terrace there is a table with four chairs and two sunbeds with mattresses. The apartment also has a large living room, with a dining table and four chairs if you want to eat in the shade. The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with water kettle and toaster, incl. washing machine. TV is available in English, Spanish, German and a French channel. In the pool area, there is also a Jacuzzi.
Marbella, on the Costa del Sol, with about 320 days of sunshine per year guarantees you an excellent climate, is an idyllic holiday resort. Here you will always find the things that suites your idea of perfect vacation. Maybe it\\\'s all about spending a lot of time in the pool or at the stunning beaches and beach clubs or maybe it\\\'s enjoying watching beautiful luxury yachts, shopping designer clothes and having a good time in one of the many fine restaurants or chic night clubs in Puerto Banus. Maybe you just want to enjoy a more relaxed meal and have a drink in one of the nice restaurants/pubs at the close by local center Centro Plaza. For the active type, there are plenty of sporting activities to choose from. If you\\\'re a golfer you will certainly enjoy the excellent selection of golf courses in the Golf Valley. As a hiker you will delight in a climbing in the nearby Sierra Blanca Mountain. Making daytrips, you can discover other parts of Costa del Sol, or visit Portugal, Gibraltar, that\\\'s easily accessible by car. E.g. within only two hours you can enjoy wonderful skiing in bright sun in Sierra Nevada! Why not take the opportunity to one of the contributions to the UNESCO World Heritage - Alhambra (huge fortress and palace area) in Granada or take a boat trip and visit Morocco in Africa!

There are beaches on both sides of the harbor and many beachside lunch places. There\\\'s trendy beach clubs on the beaches that offer everything you need for a little relaxation as oversized chairs, music, cocktails and more.
Marbella – a luxury resort that has it all and then some. Marbella\\\'s coastline covers about 26 km, from west to Guadalmina Cabopino east, where the Mediterranean beaches soaked in sun 320 days a year. The promenade is traffic free and stretches all the way from Marbella to the equally famous Puerto Banus. As the fund behind these beautiful places rises the majestic Sierrra Blanca, which shields the coast and gives a very pleasant climate?
