Description of objectThe advantages of the lodging:In the middle between the well-know old town centre and the sea, second floor, new and quiet, useful independent and common balconies. NEAR TO: old town city, supermarket and local market, bus stop, bank; beaches are reachable in few minutes by bus or car; view on a characteristic church, and his annexed square, and sea. Rate and minimum stay: -High season (June-August) ¤ 89,00 per day, -Medium season (May and September) ¤ 65,00 per day, -Low season (October-April) ¤ 55,00 per day, -MINIMUM STAY 3 days, -Possible discount for stays longer then 1 week. 3 rooms + bathroom: Open space with kitchen and wide dining-sitting room, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms (each of them is provided with 2 single beds), wide balcony, wide parking in front of the building, wide common courtyard. Kitchen: burners, fridge, pots and cutlery, microwave oven. Other services: TV, air conditioning/heating. -Sheets are provided. -Additional housekeeping are possible (with fee) during the stay. The advices of the owner: In the neighborhood the necessary shops, restaurants and pizza places can be found. The old town city is reachable by walking through a fascinating tiny street. Maratea has not a seafront and local people do not use to hoof it (even if it is recommended!); alternatively, beaches are reachable in few minutes by bus or car. The excursions at maximum an hour-drive from Maratea are many and fascinating, also in the hinterland. It is requested to early communicate the eventual presence of pets.
