Description of objectThe flat is on the second floor (elevator available) of a modern apartment house situtated on the coastal road of the city, (main entrance opposite to the Town Hall on a pedestrian road. The flat itself is recently renovated and it has one bathroom, one kitchen and two rooms. One of them is the bedroom with two single beds and the other one is used like a living room and it has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath and both together they are a very comfortable super double bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with all necessary appliances working with electric power (no gas available). There is a big balcony in front of both rooms with very nice view all over the corinthian gulf, the corinthian canal, and the mountains around and of course the long loutraki beach where you can swim. If you like watching the sunset you will have the occasion to admire one of the best in Greece. Both rooms are equipped with air-conditions and electrically rolling awnings to protect from the sun and the afternoon heat. Town: Greece, Loutraki, LoutrakiThe house is located in the heart of the small Loutraki city and all kind of shops and the market are around. The famous (actually renovated) Thermal SPA is at 15min walk. At a distance of 50 m. from home there is also the bus terminal to Athens and all the other cities of Greece. The time needed for a transfer to the center of Athens is 60 min. (77 km. through speedway). The price of a return ticket to athens is about 13 eu and the daily cost of a 1200cc car rental amounts to about 35 to 40 euros all included (depending on the time epriod) . There is also a fast train 'proastiakos' connecting the athens airport 'Eleftherios Venizelos' with the city of Corinth wherefrom a taxi can bring you in Loutraki in 15 min. time at a cost of 14 euros. From the Athens airport to come to loutraki you can also use the bus going to the coach terminal 'kifissos' and from there take another coach to loutraki . estimated journey time 40 min. from the airport to kifissos and 60 min. from there to Loutraki.If you like Casinos , in Loutraki there is one of the best in Greece (15 min walk from our building) From loutraki you can visit a lot of interesting places in the Peloponnese (please consult a map of greece) as well as in the northern part of the country. Organized guided excursions are available by plenty of tourist offices in Loutraki at reasonable prices. in Loutraki during August and September there are many cultural events with free entrance. At Epidaurus, 1 ½ h drive from Loutraki, during July, August and September there are theater (ancient drama) performances at the famous ancient Epidaurus theater. There are organized visits by coach on that purpose from loutraki to Eidaurus at a cost of 20 euros (return coach ticket) + theater ticket. A deduction of 5% is made on the price for less than 4 tenants during the high season period i.e. May 1st to September 15th/2011. In case your are more than 4 you could rent simultaneously the studio on the same floor same building (please look at the ad inserted in the same website). The consumption of electric power is calculated following the meter'indications upon arrival and departure and costs 0,095/KWH. |
