Description of objectRecently refurbished 90 square meters apartment with three bedrooms (one of which in suite) sleeps up to 8 people.Nice cosy living room facing a patio where you can enjoy relaxed moments with your friends and family after a day of sightseeing in the centre of the city. This is the perfect place for families and groups of friends. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen appliances and cooking basics in order to make your stay as comfortable and practical as possible. It’s a children friendly place. Location of objectLocated in the heart of the city, inside a genuine Lisbon quarter, adjacent to Avenida Almirante Reis, buzzing with local life, small shops, supermarkets, and typical restaurants.It is also located at a comfortable walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions and just two blocks away from the subway station and major bus lines. ADDITIONAL RATE INFORMATION Payment * 25% of the total reservation is paid on the moment of reservation. * The remaining 75% is paid on arrival. * The 200 EUR Security Deposit is paid on arrival. Cancellation policy * Bookings cancelled up to 1 month before the start of the stay will receive a 90% refund. * Bookings cancelled up to 2 weeks before the start of the stay will receive a 45% refund. * If the guest decides to leave early, days not spent at the property will be 45% refunded. House Cleaning * Final cleaning is included in the rates. * On stays longer that 14 days there will be a weekly house cleaning included (including clean linen and towels). * Additional cleaning service can be arranged at a cost of 60 EUR per day. Means of Payment * We accept PayPal, Credit Card (through the PayPal website) or International Bank Transfer. * The payment details will be sent by email upon confirmation of the reservation and choice of payment method. Living Room: Sleeps 1 - One sofa bed 120cm x 190cm. PROVIDED TO GUESTS Kitchen: Plates, Glasses, Cutlery, Cooking Utensils, Dish Washer (and detergent), Toaster, Coffee Maker (and filters), Kettle / water-boiler, Blender, Oven, Freezer, Fridge, Microwave, Grill, Washing machine (and detergent) and Iron.
