Description of objectThis property is located in Caxias, 10 minutes by car of Lisbon´s city center (the main highway is just 2 minutes away) and 5m walking distance from the beach in Caxias.This comfortable brand new 2 bedroom apartment (just renewed and currently being re-furnished) with two swimming pools, gardens and 24h security guard is conveniently located just in front of the Atlantic ocean, near the famous Farol da Gibalta lighthouse, with the Bugio as background. Both the living room and the 2 bedrooms are facing the sea. The apartment has been recently renewed with the highest of standards & design and can sleep up to 4 guests. The apartment is built on one level with 2 separate pools (adult and children). It offers the ultimate indoor/outdoor lifestyle in a beautiful seaside setting. On the property you will find terraces, gardens and play area. Also outdoor seating, and a small outdoor varanda where you can enjoy the gentle breezes from the Sea, and complete calm in an oasis setting. This one floor apartment has a social area with an entrance hall, living room, dining area, W/C and kitchen. On the left side of the entrance hall there is the living room wich has a comfortable sofa and modern armchairs along with TV, DVD player, and CD player. Large sliding doors open onto an outdoor terrace. The dining area sets in a separate corner. An half bath is also available for guests at the entrance hall. On the right left there is also the Kitchen, fully equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and juice maker. In front, you can find both bedrooms. The master bedroom, very spacious with very large bed and a beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi.
