Description of objectThis luxury apartment in the South of France commands a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea from each spot in the house. This apartment on the beautiful Côte d’Azur is just outside the picturesque village of Les Issambres, situated between Cannes and St. Tropez. The entire villa consists of 4 luxury apartments, each with its own entrance, conveniences and privacy.As soon as you enter this very luxury apartment, on your right you will see the open kitchen, bathroom and bedroom followed by the living room and adjoining dining room with a spectacular 270º view of the blue Mediterranean Sea. From this extraordinary apartment you also have a view of the bay of Fréjus and St Raphael. The apartment has a swimming pool and a pool house for shared use. Inside apartment Côte d\'Azur •1 Large bedroom of 12 m2 (130 ft²). The bed is 1.80 by 2.00 meters (5’9 by 6’6). The bedroom, with a splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea, is fitted with air conditioning and a built-in closet. It has a sliding door opening onto the terrace. The other place to sleep is a pull-out couch for two persons. This place, too, commands a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. •Kitchen with elaborate equipment such as combination microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, Senseo coffee machine and water cooker. •Bathroom with shower, washstand, toilet and washing machine. •Living room/dining room with homey, ample seating and an extraordinary view of the sea and the bay of Fréjus and St Raphael. There are also a dining table, 4 dining chairs, a fireplace, a TV set, a DVD player, Canal Digital and wireless internet. This room measures 55 m2 (590 ft²). Outside apartment Côte d\'Azur •Terrace measures 30 m2 (325 ft²) with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The terrace is not roofed-in, but a large sun-umbrella is available. There are as well sunbeds on your private terrace. •Swimming pool of 10 by 4 meters (33 by 13 ft). Several seats and loungers surround the pool. There is also a pool house with a refrigerator and a lounge to enjoy a snack and a drink. The swimming pool and the pool house are shared. Extra information apartment Côte d\'Azur •Gas, water and electricity are included, as well as wireless internet and the use of Canal Digital. •Pets are on request. Additional cost amounts ¤ 50,- per week. •Cot and highchair on request. •Final cleaning, caution money and linen package (required) are not included in the price for the apartment. Location of objectThe picturesque village of Les Issambres is a 15 minutes’ drive from St Raphael and about 20 minutes from St Tropez. This exurb is part of the municipality of Roquebrune sur Argens, the neighboring municipality of St Maxime. The village is part of an immense nature reserve and slopes up against the massif behind it. Just north of Les Issambres are Grimaud and Roquebrune, both picturesque villages with town gates and cosy narrow streets between old houses and galleries. In the surrounding areas you can do splendid walks at the Massif des Maures, a beautiful and vast natural reserve.Les Issambres has a small and enjoyable centre with all the facilities such as a baker’s, a butcher’s, a supermarket, a petrol filling station, a pizza deliverer, a GP and several restaurants. It is a real family seaside resort on the Mediterranean Sea. It is also a nice place to stay with regard to culinary delight, for there are a number of restaurants that are mentioned in the Michelin guide. Les Issambres also has a harbour, called San Peyre. Every hour you can take the boat (called ‘navette’) from here to St Tropez, Cannes, Nice or Monaco, which is nice indeed when roads are busy. Especially during high season it saves travelling time and it is a nice experience. Your apartment is on a mountain which provides for a unique view of the Mediterranean Sea. All bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms have a 180º view of the Mediterranean Sea. Breakfast or dinner has never before been so breathtaking with such a view.It only takes a 3 minutes’ drive to the nearest beach for a dive in the clear blue Mediterranean Sea. When on foot, allow for 12 minutes. The apartment is on a 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Les Issambres, where you can both do your shopping and have a drink or a meal in the evenings. Les Issambres is a 15 minutes’ drive from St Maxime and 25 minutes from the classic towns of St Tropez and Cannes. From Nice airport the drive is less than 50 minutes.
